There’s no better way to kick of IF3 than with a party hosted by the
company that kicked everything off and made it all happen.
Thursday September 11th, Salomon, in coordination with SBC Skier and Appleton Rum, proudly celebrates the 10-year
anniversary of the creation of the famous 1080 twin-tip ski that
propelled freeskiing into a new major skiing discipline.
Come meet the original crew that made this ski famous and start off
the weekend with a bang.

La compagnie visionnaire qui est à l’origine du mouvement freeski ouvrira le Festival avec un party d’anniversaire soulignant la naissance du ski twin-tip, le fameux 1080. La création de ce ski fut un élément majeur qui catalysa l’ascension du freeski en une discipline reconnue professionnellement.
C’est donc jeudi le 11 septembre que la compagnie Salomon, en collaboration avec SBC Skier et Appleton Rum, lancera le party Salomon : 10 ans de 1080. Venez rencontrer les vieux de la veille…ceux qui étaient là lorsque tout a commencé…
